Shipping policy

Courier and Delivery:

Due to our products all being made to order, we have a lead time of 10-15 working days for production of garments. And an additional 2-4 days for courier.

Most often we can accommodate orders that need to be delivered faster and we can rush your order for you. Please contact us before placing your order should you need it more urgently and we will do our best to assist.

Courier charges:

Local KZN courier, main towns and not outlying farms etc:
- R95 courier fee

Anywhere outside of KZN:
- R125 courier fee

International shipping:
- We do not currently offer a standard international courier option however we are happy to provide a quote for international courier. Please email us on hello@shelovessundays.co.za should you wish to arrange this.

Please note cost of courier to return items for exchange and receive new items is at the expense of the customer. 

Courier Terms:

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been sent, She Loves Sundays is no longer liable for the order.
It is the customers responsibility to track the parcel and to ensure that there is someone at the given address to receive the delivery.
