Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We use local courier service The Courier Guy. Local courier within South African is R95 from our door to yours. If you would prefer a kiosk or depot delivery, please email to arrange this.

Courier normally takes 2-3 days.

Returns:

Due to the fact that all of our dresses are made to order, we only accept returns for store credit or exchange only.

Please email us to arrange an exchange, at hello@shelovessundays.co.za.

The customer is liable to return the item to us at the below address, or to The Courier Guy, Ballito -

The replacement item discussed on email will then be couriered back to you, at our expense.

If store credit is preferred, we will send you a discount code to place your replacement order with, which has no expiry date.

Please note: items customised in any way or sale item may be returned for exchange.
